Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
- We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered.
- Refunds at swadeybihar.com are subject to the following conditions –
- If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
- If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product.
- If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.
- Swadeybihar reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
