Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placing the order on our website. We typically send out the shipments the same day, or the next day, subject to stock availability. 

Orders are shipped and delivered all days of the week. 

Cost of Shipping
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 65 on all orders. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we have shipped the order. It’ll have a link to track your order

Damages
We take full responsibility for a safe and comfortable delivery experience. If you receive damaged carton or jars, please click a picture and let us know at Pranam@swadeybihar.com We’ll send across a replacement.
